If you change your mind about a shipment you have made from your computer, you
may cancel it. Simply go to My Shipments, click on the shipment you want to
cancel, and click Cancel at the bottom. You have the option to cancel a shipment
if it has not entered into the Distribution Center.
Once the package is in its route to destination it can't be cancelled. Please
